"Daya" means energy and "Putih" white, pure or "holy intuition". The Essence is Unconditional Devotion to Creation and all its creatures.

These ancient traditional mystic teachings of Daya Putih involve spiritual exercises to create an energy field and cultivate inner beauty. This energy field in combination with the inner beauty avoids internal and external negative influences, which unbalance us or negatively affect our creativity in all areas of life. In addition, this energy can be used for healing and non-violent self-defense. It is this energy field that protects from physical attackes and transforms negative thoughts or feelings. The exercises support a transformation process.

Daya Putih was already taught and practiced by priests in the 13th century as a secret doctrine and energy martial art. It was only in the 1980s that the lesson for Western was opened by the last Grand Master and High Priest Ida (IDA SRI BHAGAWAN AGENG HANANG KANGJENG PANEMBAHAN JAWI ACHARYA DAKSA MANUABA). His teacher gave him the task to pass on this knowledge, so that teaching can help many people to connect with their inner beauty.
